Furtherrr Collective

The Furtherrr Collective, a trailblazing group of visionary painters, has been redefining the landscape of collaborative psychedelic art since its inception. Founded by the California-based artists Damon Soule, David Choong Lee, Mars-1, NoMe Edonna, and Oliver Vernon, this collective brings together a fusion of individual brilliance to create mesmerizing, otherworldly masterpieces.

The journey began at the Symbiosis Gathering in 2009, where the artists first joined forces in a live collaboration that left audiences in awe. This groundbreaking event marked the birth of The Furtherrr Collective, setting the stage for an annual tradition of live painting sessions that capture the imagination of onlookers and push the boundaries of visual art.

Each member of the collective is renowned for their prolific solo careers, but it is their combined efforts that truly elevate their work to new dimensions. The synergy between their unique styles results in expansive, psychedelic landscapes that are both intricate and immersive

In 2012, Mirus Gallery in San Francisco hosted the first major exhibition of The Furtherrr Collective, showcasing the group’s dynamic and transformative creations. This event was a pivotal moment, establishing a lasting partnership between the gallery and the collective. Since then, Mirus Gallery has continued to celebrate The Furtherrr Collective’s visionary art, inviting them to perform live painting at the grand openings of new locations in Denver and Los Angeles.

The Furtherrr Collective’s innovative approach to collaborative art and their ability to captivate audiences with their live performances ensure their place at the forefront of the psychedelic art movement. As they continue to explore new horizons and push the limits of creativity, The Furtherrr Collective remains a beacon of inspiration for artists and art lovers alike.
